This project is a visual research and exploration based on the neologism «Befreiungsästhetik des weiblich gelesenen Körpers» in the context of bodily self-determination. It was an investigation into a form of 'everyday aesthetics', free from the pressures of beauty standards, and the creation of a diverse visual language of imagery and body expression. This experimental exploration has resulted in approximately 700 snapshots that reflect encouragement and provide access to a pleasurable visual language. These moments are presented in an initial visual vocabulary that will continue as long as we live.
